Venue sourcing
We match the event to a room, and we can get you a hearing at venues where we already have standing.
Corporate and nonprofit events
We produce corporate and nonprofit events across DFW. Venue, vendors, timeline, build, strike. You approve one plan and one number.
How that works
Venue · Vendors · Timeline · Build · Strike
We source the room, contract every vendor in it, hold the timeline they all work to, build the part your guests actually see, and have it gone by morning.
B.blumen was founded as a flower farm, and florals remain part of our DNA. We still grow what we install. But the work extends beyond the blooms now, to the whole event, whether flowers are part of the vision or not.
Fort Worth Botanic Garden
A preferred floral vendor at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden. We are on that campus often enough that we are not learning it on your date.

Services
We match the event to a room, and we can get you a hearing at venues where we already have standing.
Ten or twelve suppliers, all contracted to us and working from one schedule. You approve the plan, not the paperwork.
Tastings, service style, staffing ratios, and the bar. Usually the largest line in the budget, so we scope it first.
Sound, screens, stage, and playback, tested early. The program depends on it more than anything else in the room.
The look of the room, then the build. Staging, lighting, and the florals, grown and cut on our own farm.
The night on paper, minute by minute. Our crew is the last one out and the room is clear by morning.
Front to back
You send us the date. We lock the room and the paperwork.
We design it.We schedule it.We run it.
Date, headcount, budget band, and what the night is for. We check whether rooms that fit are open on your date before anyone gets attached to one. If the date and the number do not work together, you hear it that week rather than in February.
We shortlist by capacity, layout, parking, and load-in access, and for the rooms we work most, including the Fort Worth Botanic Garden rental spaces, we already hold the drawings. No site visit needed, and no committee meeting spent on measurements.
Then the venue contract, which is where the money tends to hide. Food and beverage minimums, overtime after a cutoff hour, whether the room requires its own caterer, and what insurance it wants from everyone who walks in. Once that is signed, every other supplier contracts with us. Certificates of insurance go to the venue and to your organization, with both named.
Floorplan first, then the look. Seating, sightlines from the stage and from the last table, tabletop, and the pieces that carry the room.
For a corporate night there is a brand layer on top of that: logo placement, the step and repeat, screen graphics, and making sure sponsor tiers actually read from where people are sitting rather than from where the designer was standing.
The whole night on one document, weeks before it happens. Load-in windows staggered by vendor with crew counts, rehearsal, doors, cocktail, the seating call, the program against course timing, close, strike, and out-by.
Every vendor works from that same page. Nobody is guessing, and nobody is calling you to ask.
Crew call, load-in supervised, and the room checked against the floorplan before anything else happens. AV tested early. Someone on site whose only job is the clock.
Our crew works the transitions and breaks the room down behind you. It is clear by morning, and we reconcile every vendor invoice against contract before sending you one number.
Scope and cost
Every night gets scoped on its own, against the room and the run of show. You will have a real number early rather than a range that moves, and anything that changes it comes to you first.
Where we stop
We do the room. The money and the message stay with you. Sponsorships, auction items, the donor list, the invitation list, and whatever gets said from the stage. That work belongs to the people who know your people. We take everything else so they have room to do it.
Where we work
Ballrooms, historic houses, gardens, private estates, and tented builds, anywhere inside about ninety minutes of downtown Dallas or downtown Fort Worth. Enough repeat rooms that most dates start from drawings we already have.
Behind that is a bench we book against every weekend. Rentals, catering, bar service, AV, drapery, signage, photography. If your committee is short one, we bring them, put them on our timeline, and hold the schedule across all of them.
Who you get
No account manager, no handoff after you sign. The people who quote your event are the people who run it.
Robin designs the room and directs the vendors in it. She sets the palette and the plan, walks the floor before anyone else arrives, and stays through the last transition. If something needs deciding that night, she decides it.
Julie runs operations. She holds the schedule, the contracts, and the payments, and makes sure every vendor knows where to be and when. Most questions never reach Robin, because Julie has already handled them.
The brief
Eight questions, and none of them need a firm answer. People sometimes wait to reach out until the plan feels settled. You will get more out of us before that. Send rough answers to the list below. Julie comes back inside a business day with what is open on your date, usually with a time on video with Robin, who will have read the brief before she joins. The scope and the number follow that.
Inquire
That is enough for us to tell you what is possible. Everything else can be rough, and most of it changes anyway. Julie reads every one of these and answers inside a business day, usually with a time for you and Robin.
